Auction Terms and Conditions

1. This auction is offered through Westfly, Inc., a non-profit corporation registered in Oregon.

2. Bidding constitutes an agreement to pay to Westfly, Inc., the amount specified if it is the highest bid for that item at the time the auction closes. All sales are final.

3. If you are the high bidder, Westfly, Inc., will contact you via e-mail when the auction closes. You must settle your account within three days of the closing of the auction. You may settle by Visa, MasterCard, or check. (A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks).

4. Items offered for auction are in-kind donations from another party. Westfly, Inc., will help successful bidders get in touch with the donor, but the donor is responsible for delivering the goods or services they have offered.

5. Successful bidders are responsible for shipping costs, if any. The cost of shipping (postage plus packaging) will be added to the final bid. Shipping costs are shown with other details for the item.

6. WESTFLY, INC., DOES NOT WARRANT THESE GOODS OR SERVICES, NOR IS WESTFLY, INC., LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH AUCTION ITEMS, HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE.
